KEY PERSONEL

 

Thelma Kromer, Corporation Secretary and Safety Cordinator. She has worked for TBI since 1990 with safety records, safety incentive program, and insurance administration.

 

H.C Westmoreland Jr., Purchasing and Transportation Manager. He has worked for TBI since 1979 as field boilermaker, heavy equipment operator, and Field Foreman. He has served as Purchasing Manager since 1999.

 

Janet Moore, has served as Bookkeeping Manager since 1994. Janet has over 24 years experience in contract administration and accounting.

 

Kyle Kromer, has worked in human resources for engineering and construction companies since 1999. He has 7 years experience with a national multi discipline engineering and contruction firm. He began association with TBI marketing in 2009 and became Business Developement and Marketing Manager in 2011.

 

Sean Hutson, serves as General Erection Field Superintendent. He has worked for TBI since 1994 as a field boilermaker, heavy equipment operator, and Field Foreman.

 

T.J. Webster, Director of Safey and Health, began association with TBI in 19?? advancing into field management before specializing in overseeing the entire Safety and Health Program for TBI and T&VB.

 

Frank Bahr, Began working with TBI in 2002. He developed fabrication and management skills, to now head shop fabrication and field support for TBI.

 

TANK BUILDING EXPERIENCE

 

Tank Builders, Inc. has been designing, fabricating, and erecting tanks for over 30 years and has built a field force of experienced foreman, and superintendents, backed by their management. This allows us to perform jobs otherwise not capable by less experienced teams. You can find us located at three central Texas locations in Euless,TX, Mound,TX, and Baird, TX.

 

KEY PERSONEL

 

Bruce Kromer, PE, has served as President of Tank Builders since 1983 and has been with the company since 1975. He obtained his civil engineering degree from Texas Tech University. Mr. Kromer is a registered professional engineer in several states. He currently serves on tank and safety committees for the American Water Works Association and the Steel Plate Fabricators Association. He also serves as the chairman of the TBI board and Treasurer for the Corporation.

 

Stephen Hazelton, PE, is a design and sales engineer for Tank Builders, Inc. He has designed tanks and tank foundations for tank fabricators since 1985. He obtained his BSME and MSME degrees from Texas Tech University. Mr. Hazelton is a registered professional engineer in Texas and a number of other states. He currently serves as Vice-President, Engineering.

 

Wayne French, has served as Vice President of Contract Administration since 2005. He obtained his BSCE from Texas A&M - Kingsville. Wayne has over twelve years experience in design, estimating, contract administration and project management.

 

Kent Kromer, EIT, is a Lead Estimator and Bidding Manager. He began with the company in 2008 after receiving BSCE from Texas Tech University.
